How does the cone crusher achieve lamination crushing?

<

Cone Crusher As a commonly used mid-end crushing equipment in the mining industry, it is better for crushing materials with medium hardness or above, and its compression ratio has a large control range. The early cone crusher also has a disadvantage, that is, the finished product has a lot of needle flakes and the grain shape is not good enough. With laminated crushing, the above disadvantages can be avoided. How does the cone crusher achieve laminated crushing?
Under a certain pressure, solid raw materials will undergo pressure distortion. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the particles will break apart in the weaker places. The concept of the layered crushing of the cone crusher is that the crushing of the rock not only occurs between the particles and the scale plate, but also between the particles. In order to achieve laminated crushing, certain preconditions must be met: (1) sufficient feeding; (2) uniform feeding; (3) uniform particle size; (4) moderate filling of raw materials.
However, for materials crushed by the principle of laminated crushing, the materials will be more uniform, and the shape of the materials will be more cubic particles, and the content of materials with small particle sizes will be high, which better matches the theory of “more crushing and less grinding”.
