As for the machine, parts and bearings working at high temperatures, the lubricating oil with a higher ignition point should be used. The ignition point of the lubricating grease should be 40-50 ℃ higher than the lubrication level.
In winter, when the temperature is low, especially when the mining crushing equipment is working in the open air, the lubricant that should be used has low viscosity. When the temperature drops, the oil will condense quickly and harden significantly, so that the moving parts of the machine will produce huge resistance. In order to solve this problem, the condensation temperature of the lubricant is 5-10℃ lower than the temperature of the surrounding air.
When selecting the type of lubricant or changing a new lubricant, the degree of wear of the part should be considered. Wearable parts and components should use viscous oil. When replacing one type of oil with another type, its main quality index-viscosity, should be considered first. When used at low temperatures, the condensing temperature of the oil should be taken into consideration.
