3. Check the wear of the transmission parts. If the wear is severe, replace it; check the wear of the synchronization gear and gear coupling. If the wear is severe, it should be replaced; refill the turbo coupling with the specified amount of oil. At the same time, the nuts of each part need to be tightened once. After the body is disassembled and repaired, when reassembling, a 1mm thick sealant must be evenly coated on the joint surface of the upper and lower bearing seats and the stationary joint surface of the body to prevent oil leakage on the sealing surface. When the sand making machine is reassembled, the tightening torque of the bearing seat bolts and the high-strength bolts of the machine body should be strictly controlled. The tightening torque of M20 bolts is 350 Ⅳ·m, and the tightening torque of M24 bolts is 600 Ⅳ·m. Pay attention to the order of tightening the bolts and tighten the bolts at the corners.
4. Before the bearing is installed, check the original clearance of the bearing. Adjust the radial clearance of the bearing with the tightening bush. The radial clearance of the bearing is reduced by 0.07~0.13mm. After the bearing is installed, the minimum remaining clearance is 0.07mm.
